TL Care Homes is a small, family-run provider of residential care in South Wales. We run two homes — The Haven in Llanelli and Ty Derwen in Newport — each with its own character, and each held to the same set of standards.

We aren’t a national chain. The same family hands are involved in how we recruit, how we cook, and how we care, and that closeness shapes everything from the food on the table to the people we welcome through the front door.

Our promise is straightforward: we look after every resident the way we’d want our own loved ones to be looked after — with patience, warmth, and the dignity of being known.
